Located just 3 miles west of Disney's main entrance, the Florida Pearl is in
the new Indian Crek subdivision. This single story house has 5 bedrooms,
3 bathrooms, a large pool/spa and games room.
The home sleeps 11 plus 2 babies in perfect comfort. A king bed in the
master (with en-suite), two queen beds, two twin beds, one double with a
twin over (themed Winnie the Poo room) outfit the bedrooms. The living
room/dining room combination is quite expansive and the vaulted ceiling with
skylights make this room feel even more spacious. Newly redecorated
during 2005 with new tile floor and carpets throughout and new sofa's.
The kitchen is fully equipped and contains a large nook area with a
breakfast table. Microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and disposal are all
here. In addition to these applicances there is a TV, DVD, VCR, CD and
Sony Playstation, in the lounge, as well as cable TV's in all the bedrooms.
The washer and dryer are in the garage, which has recently been transformed
into a large games room with electronic basketball game, pool table, darts
board, golf green, table tennis table, foozeball table and children's play table with many box games to suit all
ages.
Through the alarmed sliding glass doors from the living room, you exit out
to the luxurious pool and patio area. The backyard is private and the
combination pool and spa are screen enclosed. If the jets are not
running, the spa is designed to double as a kiddy pool. The patio gets
great sun exposure, and there is plenty of patio furniture and sun loungers
to help you soak up the sun.
